  4. Left shoulder and hand Pain. I do next?

Left shoulder and hand Pain
I have pain starting left shoulder till palm for past 5 days. Both ECG and Echo are done and results are normal. Not sure whether this are the symptoms of hearth attack. Could you please let me know what should I do next?

If ecg , echo is done after onset of pain , that’s enough. One more test called serum trop i u can do
