Left shoulder and hand tingling n pain
From few days (some times in a day more than twice) I am feeling a little tingling and pain in my left shoulder, hand, wrist, fingers and neck( left side) and while sleeping my left hand is getting numb what may be the reason does it relates to heart or neurology.

Your symptoms are suggestive of cervical or musculoskeletal problems...you should get a cervical spine xray done and consult a orthopedic doctor..
Its rare to have heart problems so early but still you should manage risk factors if any..
