For past 10 months i have a pain in my left hand shoulder and back side of shoulder quite behind of heart .... i am getting lot of pain in my left arm and quite behind of heart. any suggestion how can i reduce my pain. Please looking forward to hear from you Soon.

Hello . The pain may be due to muscular spasm, gastritis , or due to the cardiac problem or anxiety...so I suggest you to consult a physician as we need to rule out things one after another...try to reduce your stress levels, and have food on time and drink water properly...thank you

Get ecg..cxray..xray cervical spine done......then consult physician
