I have pain in left side of chest and shoulder blade and a stiff neck its been from 6 months and i have gone all body checkup cholesterol levels are ok , ECG is ok . cant find out what is my problem

It can be due to Cervical Spondylitis. Go for X-ray neck and consult Orthopaedic Doctor.
