Hi doctor. My friend has been having palpitations since yesterday and she is having a skipped heart beat , we auscultated. (We are med students). Today we got an ECG done.The waves were not normal. And also got electrolytes and cardiac markers test done which came out to be normal. Her BP was 101/92 and Pulse rate 94 . The doctors are not able to come to the cause and have now advised for an echo which will be possible only tomorrow. Please help as soon as possible.

Hi! From few day i had a back pain problem , pain occurs Not all the time but it occurs when i woke up in the morning  and during the pain i had a breathing problem for a while approx 1 - 2 minutes then after that all ok and for the whole day its not paining. Please suggest me what's the problem with me.i am diabetic

I have these sessions of dizziness around in the morning and sometimes it is recurring during other time of the day as well. My doctor prescribed Telpres MT 50 for hypertension and it seems to be working fine. Whenever I checked my BP it came normal. Somewhere around 110/70. I also did my lipid profile and all came within normal ranges. There is a condition of tachycardia which my doctor said it to be more congenital than acquired. However this sessions of dizziness and tired feeling is really bothering me. I would like to check if everything's fine or I need any different treatment.

Hi, My name is Aman, Male, 26 years old. Recently, I undergone an ECG & 2D Echo. Following are the impressions: "Acynotic Conginental Heart Disease Severe Valvular PS Mild PR Mild Infundibular Stenosis (Significant RV Hypertrophy) Mild TR Moderately Restrictive PDA with L->R Shunt (Gradient: 50 mmHg) (Sized 0.3 cm) RV Hypertrophy/RA, MPA Dilated Normal LV Systolic Function No RWMA Intact IAS/IVS" Please suggest what kind of disease is this ? Is Surgery necessary to cure this ? And how much it will cost ? Can't it be cured with the help of medicine ? If do not undergo a surgery, how long I can live ? Are there any chances of heart attack ? Please suggest. Thanks, Aman
