Pain start from abdomen
Pain start from abdomen and travel upward left side of chest. Dr given me aprazole cap for gas problem. It happens frequently and goes automatically after some time.

To rule out a cardiac etiology of the pain get an ECG and an Echo done
If both are normal go for a exercise stress Echo

Eat healthy foods. Avoid flatulence causing substances ( varies person to person). Exercise regularly. If symptoms persist see a physician/ cardiologist and get an ECHO and stress test to rule out cardiac disease.
