My heart beating fast some times for 1 month. There is no pain but I am feeling worry. Please advise me.

Hi doc my master health record showed that my vit b12 is 194 and iron 15 but haemoglobin is 13. My lymphocytes is 19.9. Am taking tonoferon tonic.... 5ml post lunch.... How long should I continue????

My grandmother was diagnosed with a block in artery .Doctor referred to Apollo hospital ,Aynambakkam Chennai for angioplasty. I have High Blood Pressure for which I take regular medication (Olmezest AM 40 mg & Petril Beta 10mg). My weight is around 95kg and want to work on weight loss. I go for regular walk for 3-4 kms. I want to know that whether I can add rope skipping as well as part of my exercise regime.
