Hypertension
I have essential hypertension all tests are OK avg bp around 155/87. I got some relief with mukta vati but bp again shooted up when I stopped using it after 2 yrs. Cause: high level of stress and always thinking about future. I also have breathlessness and perspiration during anxeity and stress. Pain starts in back head when bp crosses 160 diastolic is always under 90 but systolic never comes below 140 . Pls help

Don't worry about systolic BP .You may have to continue ayurvedic medicine minimum for 6 months.
