There was one neighbour of 65yrs old with no known case of Hypertension & diabetes, but one day he was sweating, having dizziness & vomiting with his cold extremity, checked his BP it was 230/122mmhg by digital BP machine, we don't have any medication at that time, l give him tab Amlodipine 10mg of my grandmother & there was one sublingual tablet isoaorbitate  given & immediately take him to hospital, l want to ask , if there was such case what should be care taken at home? What is treatment given to this patient? I am from medical field, l want ask it about it

You did a good work by giving him Amlodipine and Sorbitrate to control his BP In emergency apart from anti hypertensive medication, give Disprin 2 tab and Atorvastatin 40 Mg 1 tab and shift immediately to nearby hospital emergency
