Mild chest pain,tingling sensation in left arm, jaw pain, swelling on legs......................

15 months back accidentally diagnosed of Mild MVP by a Physician which was confirmed by a Cardiologist. Is there any problem? Will there be any problem in future keeping in mind of her age? Cardiologist asked to conduct ECG every year. Please advice. Last ECG on 14/12/2014 says Valves Mitral valve MILD MVP. Other valves NORMAL. All 4 chambers normal. IVS and IAS Intact. Doppler Data Mitral Valve E=0.8 M/S, A=0.6 M/S. Impression : SITUS SOLITUS, LEVOCARDIA MILD MITRAL VALVE PROLAPSE NO SIGNIFICANT REGURGITATION NORMAL BIVENTRICULAR SYSTOLIC FUNCTION NO ASD/VSD/PDA/COA NO CLO/EFFUSION.

From last two years I am drinking daily one quarter or half bottle of whiskey and two packs of cigarettes. 1 week back I checked my heartbeat and it's 112/min. Somebody said it's too high. Now I stopped cigarettes and liquor. After 4 days I again checked my heartbeat.now it's 81. why there is sudden decrease. is it ok.

I am feeling pressure at left side and middle of my chest.some time pain also.ALSO i am feeling one hard heart beat inbetween. I am not smoking or drinking. I have done ecg and 2d echo before 6 months, reports are normal. What should i do? Is it necessary to test again?
