Is it possible to have a normal ECG and abnormal echo results? And if both the results show normal, and what can cause a high pulse rate?

High heart rate can be secondary because of other diseases not necessarily always cardiac Fever anxiety stress anemia thyroid disease any deficiency or other ongoing illness can cause the heart rate to be high You have vitamin D deficiency you will need supplement therapy of that Also get your thyroid function test done Consult a General Physician Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician & Clinical Cardiologist
