My husband just checked his cholesterol and his result is 214 mg/dl. Kindly advise is it high ? how to control the same without taking any medicines ?

As soon as I start walking there's a pain in my right hand and I feel tiredness and burning sensation in the chest. All this started after I started taking medicines for white skin spots/Vitiligo Please suggest.

Dear sir My mother is suffering from vericose veins since 5 years, we went to so many Dr's in Mumbai all said for doppler report and then operation But they are not giving surety that by operation this thing will get cured and my mother will be relieved from this problem Can I go for this operation for my other ??
