I think I have some kind of tumor or swallow wrist , it's been from 4 months little something is visible just above wrist joint check picture and please give me some advice

Doctor please let me know that ...I m suffering from severe depression and some times I have more pain in left side chest and I feel like heaviness and I feel my heart will blast and full of acidity and breathlessness often same thing I m facing from last one and half year ...this may lead to heart attack ??? When I get first time depressed in 2014 September in ECG it shows irregular heartbeat but no pain I consult to cardiologist they give me heparin and kept me in ICU for observation for 24 hours after that everyday I m facing with breathing difficulty and anxiety and left side chest pain and I consult with psychiatrist she prescribed me sertrax 50 mg and lonaxep. If necessary and I m suffering with pcod I m under treatment and I m working in saudiarabia as a nurse ...can I go back and can I start my work ??? Depression is treatable??? Having phobia that again I may get irregular heart beat and so please help me to know that depression may lead to heart attack???

The current blood test report shows that she is having very high bad Cholesterol 100 more and 30 more good cholesterol. For the past two days,there is a sharp pain in the chest and also high sweating during nights

I have been taking bp medication for 2 months now. concor cor 2.5mg 1 tab every morning. My last bp reading was 130/90 taken 2 months ago after which the doctor said i need to continue bp medication for life. I feel better too after I started the medicines. But sometimes i feel my bp goes too low and I feel dizzy.Also, off late i feel there is too much salt in any food i eat v/s other people who eat the same food and find the salt to be normal. what should I do?

I am suffering from Heart pallpitation and tremors mostly on left hand and left chest past 3 years.. I can't breathe fully or run few steps... Suddenly i get jaws, shoulder , neck and left hand pain and i feel tremors all over left part of my body... Doctor say its just stress and due to ulcer... But i think i have Arrhythmia which my heart beat fast whole day it never stopped pallpitation from 3 years till now.. Ecg and echo came normal... Every day i fear for heart attack... What exactly test should be done Pls help
