I feel pain in left arm and light left arm my bp is 148/90 mmhg My face is hot i feel my heartbeats

Sir I had done wid chest pa ecg echo and lipid profile all are normal and m having chest pain and I am not getting any relief what should I go for now..

My BP is almost in the range of 130-140/80-90 when i tracked over the period of last one month. I don't want to go for any medication at the moment. Can i get back it into normal by healthy diet? I don't smoke or drink. I get enough sleep. I'm 86 Kgs now. I'm trying to bring it below 75kgs. Over weight could be the only reason for high BP in me? My sugar level n kidney performance are normal. I get mild headache once in two weeks or so.

How Long does some one need to check for TMT , Echo and How long the reports are valid for a person whose reports came out normal during the last time i had checked. But i experience constant pain in chest..accompanied with excessive burping. and Pain in arms and discomfort and heaviness in the chest area. I was diagnosed with Hpylori infection and was under medication for 14days And post that course of antibiotics i been having medicines for 8 weeks now and still going on . Medicines Include Nexpro RD 40, Nex Pro Fast 40, Tryptomer 10, Opirax 50, and even my gastroenterologist shifted my medicine for Hypertension from Tenorex 50 to Inderal 10 - 2-0-2. So is it because of the GERD i am experiencing the pain or is it something to be treated ..

My father has undergone angioplasty in last December. He was having 3 blockages one 80% and rest 90%. The surgery was successful but he is still not recovering. He is very weak and not able to walk even 100 mtrs. He felt very exhausted. When we consulted doctor again he is telling it will take time but i am worried as almost its 9 months. He got a mild paralysis attack also in july and after that he is more weak.

I feel like fullness in heart for 2-3 second then it happens again 1 minutes . I can't explain it but it is like when we come down from a ferris wheel. this makes me feel uneasy . yesterday it happened for 1 hour. It's a periodical thing. What is this .

My dad kept a fast today. He had a glass of lassi in the afternoon. 5 hours after that he had kheer. 20 minutes after eating it, he complained dizziness, cold like sensation inside arms & legs, followed by burps(gas). We went to a physician cum cardiologist. His BP & blood sugar was normal. However, the doctor said that ECG isn't normal & asked us to get some tests done. Attaching the ECG report, can someone tell if it shows any serious concern or possible problems in future & what could be the cause of this problem?
