My weight is 110kgs n height is 5'7". From last few months i recorded bp 140/100. I dont want to go for allopathy. Please suggest me ayurvedic cure for this.

first you have reduce your weight for that you have to stop dinner,because night food is the main culprit for Obesity so instead of Dinner you have to take hot soups and reduce salt and spices,potato's curd and non veg for some time and take LIPONIL tablet 1 bid,Jessika tablet 1 bid.You have to check your Bowels If it is constipated take ABHAYARISTA 15 ml with half glass water immedietely after food two times aday.

Hi.. Please start Losing your weight you are overweight, For that you should start with some dietary changes : -
Take Breakfast @ 8-9 AM, take only Rice pej- Take 2 spoon Rice +2 glass water Boil it & make it 1 glass than Filter it & drink
Have Normal Lunch @ 1-2 pm.
Than Take Dinner @ Till 7pm only boiled vegetables.
Start some medicine Like-
Cardiostab Tablet (Nagarjun)1-1 Tab morn & eve,with water
Karvayad Ras 2-2-2 (Dhootpapeshwar) tablet with water, morn-aftnun- night.
Draksha asav- 4 tsp medecine + 4 tsp water Aftnun- Night.
