Abnormal ECG & High BP

I am 30 yrs old. I have been having hypertension medication for last 4 years. Initially I was having Telday 20mg then moved to LN Bloc 5mg. A few days back my pressure was getting high again - 90/140 approx. So did a master health checkup. Below are the details : Age : 30 , Height : 5'10" , Weight : 76 kg Lipid profile: Total cholesterol - 194 HDL - 47 , LDL - 99 , VLDL - 47 Triglycerides - 238!! ECG comment: Sinus Arrhythmia and incomplete RBBB!! TMT and EKG both are negative , no comment whatsoever. There are no other alarming outcome in any other tests. So my local physicians changed my medicine and now I am having CTD - C 12.5/10 for hypertension Fenolip 145 for triglyceride ( 3 months course ). I walk for 5 km on alternate days and play games like badminton, football 2 days a week (approximately). I do smoke, 2 cig a day. I just wanted to know are those comments on ECG report normal though TMT is showing nothing. Also do I need to follow any preventive measures ? Thanks.

Chest Pain

Hi, I think I'm suffering from Precordial catch syndrome (PCS) - this is a self diagnosis that I've come to based on the following symptoms that I've observed - 1. Isolated events of chest pain without any specific pattern or any triggering agent. 2. When pain occurs, it causes inability to take deep breaths 3. It goes away in under 1-5 min But based on my online research PCS is accompanied by a bubble pop kind sensation in the end which leads to relief, but in my case relief just comes by - rest all the symptoms seem to be consistent. Is there anything I should get tested or checked to be sure - what else can I do in this case? Or to how else I can be sure of the diagnosis and rule out the possibility of any other problems.
