Recently I did blood test.. I found that hemoglobin is 17.7 ... Which diagnoses that I am having polycythemia... So is it necessary to visit specialist?? And if so then to which specialist? Lastly what could be the reason for this polycythemia

I'm 31 years of age and married 3 years before. Since from last 1 year we are planning for a baby, but not happening. Im taking medicine for high blood pressure (150/90)and cholesterol (total cholestrol :212) from last 6 months. As per doctor analysis, high blood pressure may came some 2 years before and followed by cholesterol. Now my worry is , due to all these reason I'm getting infertility ??? Apart from my wife condition Plz advice.

Yesterday i experienced minor pain in the chest for about 10 seconds.I felt my left hand was aching a bit.

Three months ago, one day I had severe chest burning issue with left arm pain ( not much severe ) after eating prawns, I scared like I have heart issues after reading sysmptoms in internet. after that i i always feel chest tightness and sometime stabbing pain.I consulted a gastrologist  and did endoscopy the report is normal..chest & sinus X-ray is normal. pulmonogist suggested a mouth spray and nasal spray - still no improvements, did ECG and cardiac enzhymes blood test everything normal but still issue exist. kindly help!!

Mild chest pain on left side at irregular intervals since last one week. Have high work pressure with less sleeping hours of approx. 6 hrs daily. and irregular timings for evening meals.
