LVEF is 40% in 2D however post CT angiogram doctor told coronaries are normal with slow blood flow to heart and advised normal medical management. How to improve the blood pumping now to heart

Dear Doctor, I am a 30-year-old male, 73 Kgs, 173 cm, smoker. I have been checking my heart rate over the past few weeks and it is constantly between 95 to 105. I have checked with 3-4 devices at different intervals during different days and my heart rate just would not go below 95. I had a blood test recently and my HSCRP, Cholesterol and all cardiac tests are within the normal range. I have started working out recently and am trying to cut down on cigarettes. Currently I smoke on an average of 8 cigs a day. Seeing the heart rate constantly on the rise is making me nervous, and I would like someone to help me reverse this condition.

My father had a heart attack about 5months ago which was his first he never had any heart problems before that. He was admitted to Apollo and diagnosed with Acute pulmonary edema, moderate LV dysfunction / moderate MR, CAG on 06-06-2016 was 80% ostio proximal LAD stenosis and recanalised lcx with no significant residual stenosis

Respected sir , when i check my bp at night it alwys stands in a highr side 140/90 mmhg during day time 120/70 to 130/70 I dont excercise... i sleep at 3 Am and wake up at 12 Pm....i know my routine is so bad I feel pain in my left arm...i am so worried about this in a young age and my pulse is atound 46 at night most of time..ist okay? Should i start treatment or manage by diet and excercise ??? Is't possible yo manage by diet and excercise ??? Kindly give ur expert advice ..i ll b thankful

My bp is normal 130/70 day time but at night it goes to 160/90 Should i start medication ?? Antihypertensive ?? Or excercise ??or antianxietic is enough ??

Sir my bp is normal at day time but at night it spikes up to 140/90 150/90 I pain sharp pain in my chest sometimes and smthng heavy i feel something moving in my left hypochondrium region and feel pain...i thought its acidity but it is felt if i lye on left side....im just 26 yrs old What may be the cause of high bp at night only ?? Hello. I am 25 yr old. I am having a chest pain irregularly. I am having CONGENITAL DISEASE, a small VSD. Recently i had dengue . I m recovering now. But after the dengue the chest pain is increasing while i am at rest. When motion no problem. But when at rest I am having the chest pain. Please help me and give me Suggestions.

My father had attach 7 months and 2 stent were placed in LAD and LCX. from then he is having some pain and when we met the cadiologist he said its muscle pain and asked him go to regular work. From past 20 days he is getting burning sensation in the heart and after he compeltes his morning walk and rests down for few mins and it goes off. Today when we met his doctor he told that angiogram should be done since there might be new blocks formed in the stent or other areas. Does heart burn relate to block in heart valves and should angiogram be performed. Is it a gastric problem.

I have been experiencing alot of pain in chest in the left side close to heart, i checked my bp twice and it was close to 160 and cholesterol was 233. i started taking medicine for cholesterol but then i visited another doctor and he stopped my cholesterol medication and started bp medication but still the pain is there and i have started losing my concentration in almost all the daily activities because of the pain. Breathing is normal but pain is consistent, it gets worse when i go to movie theaters or any kind of loud party . Please advise. (Ecg came normal too)
