Severe pain in chest sometimes in right sometimes in left. We done ecg also. He has two stunts in heart also

You should have send the ECG trace But even a normal ecg doesn't rule out a cardiac event With his age and history he should be further evaluated Consult with a cardiologist personally You can even consult me at my clinic so that I can examine him clinically and guide you further Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician and Clinical Cardiologist

Even if ECG is normal since the patient has 2 stents and 83yrs you should see a cardiologist and also would suggest a coronary angiogram to see if there are any significant blockages. But before that I would like to optimise the medications.
