Above mentioned changes are most likely due to old healed infection and early degenerative interstitial fibrosis. The basal bilateral pleural thickening and few changes of active pneumonitis as mentioned above

I think you hv copied the report of your radiological investigation. .probably CT scan.....please confirm because we discuss the problem of someone as a whole....what are the symptoms?
