I am suffering from white colg hypertension . when I go to doctor for my BP checking my heart beat will be very fast with anxiety.then my BP and readying is 130 to 140 / 80 to 90.. All tests done all are normal . How to I control my anxiety and fear... How to I stop medication...

Angiography done 4 heart blockage found with 95%, and sugar , blood pressure problem. and knee joints pain
