My heartbeat isn't normal. I have done ECG but the reports are OK. After eating anything, my heart feels like pounding and sometimes it becomes hard to breathe. I feel nauseous and heartburn often. Please suggest me any other heart tests if you found them necessary.

Meet a physician. Don't try to diagnose your ailment, your self. To me prima facie it looks like you may have acid peptic disease. May resolve with antacids /proton pump inhibitors. See a good doctor in opd
