Severe chest pain and even left part of back is also paining couple of hand nerves also have issue of right hand .what could be the issue ?are these symptoms of heart attack ?

My father is suffering with back neck pain which actually spreading now to chest via shoulder. He has the habit of drinking and smoking. Do this effect the pain in the chest? He is diabetic and Blood pressure is above to mean level. I want to know whether it is going to be serious?.

I would like to consult in the matter of Angioplasty Surgery of my father. After angioplasty surgery he caught with a blood infection for some unexpected reason and was on antibiotic for 10 continuous days. Angioplasty has been conducted at Apple Sarswati Hospital Kohlapur. Today, almost after 1 month of surgery he is feeling comfortable. As per recently conducted reports, Heart EPF is still coming 50% which tells us that heart is not functioning properly. It's rythemic pain. Comes and goes in chest. It's extreme. Sometimes when lie on bed upside down, it's extreme. And while breathing it's even too much.
