I have under gone angioplasty on my leg in 2012,again it was done 3 times on my leg and one near the entry of my left kidney last year at Al Zahra hospital Dubai , kindly let me know precaution so I should not have this problem in future.

My blood test recently revealed that I've an alarming homocysteine level, i.e. 52.01 micro-mole per litre of blood. My family doctor was quite surprised considering my age and has asked to refer reputed cardiologist around. While the reference range says that it should not be above 30 - neither my parents nor my siblings have homocysteine above 20 (same unit as above). Apart from dietary supplements (increasing Vitamin B-complex, especially folic acid) intake what other options do I have? What can I do if this is due to genetic mutation error due to MTHFR gene? TMT results- Significant ST depression of 0.1mm in lead V4-v6 at peak exercise not persisting in recovery. TMT mildly positive for RMI. THR attained. -Bruce stage 3 time of exercise 8.09 minustes. -BP normal 120/80 resting and after exercise. 140/80 during exercise. not diabetic. METs 10.2. Is it cause for worry. can it be treated at this stage. Do i need to go for an angiography and if yes, is it to be done early..

My current blood pressure reads 170/110 which i understand as very high. At this age i don't feel like taking medicine, even though i am taking as prescribed by doctors, i want to leave the medication after 1 month since i jave started just 2 days back. Please suggest the measure to make the body ready for that.
