Heart Problems & Remedies

I hv bn diagnosed with LVH with IVSd 1.4 cm. All other findings were normal and intact with EF 70%. Even final impression was "Normal study". Have little elevated systolic B.P around 140 but dystolic upto 75. Blood tests are normal with Cholesterol 190 and Triglycerides 100 and no sugar. My cardiologist is casual about LVH. Shall i be worried about it? Is 1.4 cm too much? I have an athletic physique, used to go to gym regularly and some times to running. Pls advise.

I feel some kind of uneasiness in heart not a severe pain, it's kind of heaviness like something is kept on my chest, also feels discomfort in my left hand shoulder, kind of numbness on fingers,, here too it's not sever pain, discomfort feeling, it's effecting my sleep, I used to smoke but not a regular smoker now, smokes hardly one or two cigarettes in 2 or 3 months, occasionally drinks, less than 3 days in a month. I am also facing gastric problems, the chest discomfort I am facing it for last 2 years. Consulted doc once 2 yrs back, according to doc everything was ok, the second time it happened with severe numbness and in left hand fingers and lightheadness, doc discovered spondylosis. I even had a shoulder injury in 2009, I dint take much care then, I don't know why it's happening, due to heart problems? Gastric issue? Pinched never due to the injury on shoulder? Kindly please suggest me what to do why I am facing these problems, lately it's effecting me big time. Thank you doc.

Above mentioned changes are most likely due to old healed infection and early degenerative interstitial fibrosis. The basal bilateral pleural thickening and few changes of active pneumonitis as mentioned above

Severe pain in chest sometimes in right sometimes in left. We done ecg also. He has two stunts in heart also

When i am resting my heart rate is around 80-90 n when i walk my heart rate be 90-100 is it alright. I had little fat around Tommy area is it because of that.

My heart is beating faster and its paining sometimes since 4 months.what might be the reason? Is it abnormal?

His blood pressure is coming very high from past 2 months and creatinine is also 1.43. Hba1c is 8. He has Swelling also in his legs. We saw one nephrologist and he prescribed medicines like depin retard, moxovas , prazopress XL, Telma 40 mg for BP. And for diabetes jardiance , eurepa mf2 ,vogli star , zomelis met. So what we can do to lower down his blood pressure & diabetes. Because one doctor said that he will end up with his dialysis, so I m very scared for my father. His BP is coming high from so many days. In his blood tests of urine glucose has also been detected. Esr is 34 and he is having swelling on his left eye also. Thyroid is also there.
