Heart Palpitation
My heart beat is 92-102 per min while laying down. I am feeling nervous because of this and its making me more sick. My left hand is also aching and also the left side back(not in the middle, though) is aching. I fear if this is any warning?

Hi. Usually coronary disease does not manifest in young females. Common causes like anemia, thyroid problems and anxiety need to be excluded. You can meet a physician for same. Will suggest an ecg and echocardiogram for cardiac evaluation.
