My bp goes high 140 by 100 sometime and then after one day it start lower to 120 by 80.i am anxiety disorder patient and with homeopathy medicine .i did my ECG lipid profile and urine test all are normal.plz tell what is the cause and what to do.is it serious. from last one year this problem is there.now anxiety is less.

I am having high cholesterol for six years. I had very less physical activity earlier. Not started doing regular exercise. I am taking 10mg tablet daily to reduce the cholesterol level for past six months. Two years back, I had the same tablet for two months and stopped. My recent Lipid profile reading looks normal now. I am also attaching the history of my lipid profile details for your review. Please advise whether I have to continue the tablet or stop and check after 3 months.
