Hi I understand your concern and anxiety.....high rate may be due to underlying anxiety disorder, thyroid issues, heart problems, certain hormonal issues, consumption of alcohol, tea,coffee,smoking etc...I would suggest you to consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will do the needful.
