Consult on ecg report

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am attaching my ecg report. I says ST depression. And possible mild Inferior myocardial ischemia. I have no chest pain at all but breathing gets heavy and mild leg pain while walking and with little exercise. (i am also overweight). Please suggest next course of action.

There are no reciprocal changes in other leads suggestive of ischemia...I think the trace is normal...can repeat after a week and plan a TMT too
