How to manage high cholesterol? I have an active lifestyle and food habits are decent too. I have reduced on the sugar and fried food.

Please continue to follow a low carb and low fat diet as you are already doing. Add on regular physical activity like brisk walk/running/exercise - 30 min everyday to reduce your cholesterol levels and to keep it in normal limits.
