Hi since last 2 months I am facing problem of slight pain in left side of chest and heart beats increases while going on stairs. I feel heaviness in my head also. In Lipid profile test everything was normal. I do jogging daily 45 minutes and I take very less oily food and suger but still I face continuous problem .

Sir, Since the last 4 month my blood pressures is fluctuating. Its max is around 130/90. The diastolic pressure is always 95-90. I feel anxious many time a day. I get tired easily. Sometime( 2-3 times a wk) i feel breathing problem. 'Also my body shiver a little all the time' that is why I worry a lot. I consulted general physician and cardiologist too. They said nothing is there to be worried. For a month as suggested I was taking Nexpro RD 40 and APNOL. Now I am taking Nexpro RD 40, Inderal LA 20 two times a day and Zapiz 0.25 at night. These medicine works for me but as I leave the medicine again I feel the same problem up to some extent. So as suggested by the cardiologist should I continue the medicine? Or something is there to be worried?? (Tests: ECG was OK, Blood sugar was OK, Thyroid was OK).

Five years ago my blood test show Homocysteine at level 50. From then I am taking (on the advice of Doctor) Metaspan tablet. Last week when I tested Homocysteine is 7. Last year also it was 7. Should I continue to take the Metaspan (L-Methyl folate 3mg+Pyridoxal 5'phosphate 35mg+ Mecobalamin 2mg) one tablet after dinner. If to continue how long should I take and what should be the frequency of blood test? Thanks for your reply.

Sir, m twenty one years old. In ECG my first degree av block (PR 228). And echo cardiography and lipik profile are normal. Many time my heart beat more then 110/ minute. And in night many time slow less 65. Im very upset. Many time heart beats missing. Plz what can i do??? And it is serious problem or not.?? Thanks

My wife is having persistent cough for more than a month now and it worsens in the night. We've had done cbc test, Ige test and pft test. All were normal. We've come suited three general physician and have had no relief at all. All they say is nothing to worry it will go away and give medicine. Hello, I noticed I have clubbing about 2 years ago and consulted a doctor. The doctor has recommended for an ECG test and chest X-ray. The results were completely normal at that time. Doctor said its an early stage of clubbing and told me that, I should not neglect it. More or less from the same time I'm suffering from alopecia areata. I have suffered from alopecia areata in my childhood but it was there for only few months whereas now the problem is still present after 2 years. Does alopecia areata and clubbing relate to each other in any way? Does these conditions mean that I'm suffering from any major disease? Also please suggest what should I do now in order to find out the cause for the conditions? Many thanks.
