I have breathing problem , what to do, I think its for gastric problem and when I am little bit distance then feeling uncomfortable.

I have been suffering pain in left n right sides of chest. Like a stabbing pain, not high but making me uncomfortable n frightening. The pain spreads from left side to left arm lightly. N my pulse rate could be felt as if its racing. My 2d echo cardio, ECG, TMT reports are normal. Also i was diagnosed for anxiety disorder and when ever i stop taking nexito plus tablets i would get this pain and feeling with increased anxiety levels and hissing sound inside ears. Are these any side effects of tablets or symptoms or abrupt withdrawl from using nexito? Also im having pain in the abdomen on d right side near liver area. My endoscopy shows no positive signs, n my ultrasound scan is normal too. My doctor advised me to go for CT SCAN ABDOMEN. Is there something serious about my body?

My blood Pressure Level observed as 140-Systole and 110-Diastole because of overweight of 20Kg extra in accordance with my height. Also When I was standing and sitting I feel like some kind of fainting. I am normal when I walk or doing any activity. Because of body weight/BMS my BP bit high. I want to know whether it can be resolved naturally by doing exercises and walking without in taking any regular medicine.

Her weight is around 55 to 60 kg nd her tummy part is heavy nd her arms nd legs are weak as compare to her hody structure hope u will tell us a right solution

Tests for heart patient to do if having 3 stents in heart.

I am following dieting and doing exercise daily after that my weight is not to reduce. I want to reduce belly fat before my sister mrg.

Heart Beating Fast 125 Bbm But ECG Normal Chest pain also 2d Echo Also Normal What Is My problem Sir/Madam

For past one year, I am experiencing constant awareness to my heartbeat all over my body, predominantly around neck and head while sleeping followed by brief episodes of palpitations on exertion, had clear ecg, 2d echo, thyroid tests around 6-7 months back, got some medications initially to stop this but didn't help...

Just recently i started running and my chest and back started paining all together i had these feeling before when i exert pressure while getting up from bed i have a b12 deficiency along with gas related problems, my ultrasound was normal,LFT was normal, hemogram was normal,endoscopy normal,vitamin d-25 ,was insufficient 15.5 ,b12 195 . Please help me out.

I am getting left hand pain often. So I am doubtful that, do I have any chance of getting heart attack at this age?
