Coronary artery disease

I am suffering from CAD. There is 60-70% blockage in my LDA artery as per CT Angio test. I have learnt about EECP & Bio Chemical Angioplasty through various websites and after consulting my patients who had EECP. I just wanted to confirm if it is really effective. Which medicine is used for BCA Bio Chemical Angioplasty? After going through this process how long blockage doesn't occur?

First of all you need to undergo a conventional CAG to confirm the findings of CT CAG
Then only a decision can be made
Treatment options you are talking are just in the trial phases and not yet approved as standard treatment
Please consult with reports at my clinic so that I can examine you clinically and guide you further

Ct angiography has high false positive rate.  Kindly go through conventional angiography.  Even if u have significant more than 70% blockage,  and u have angina despite medical management,  then only its a indication for angioplasty.  And there is nothing written and recommendations about chemical angioplasty.  I cant say anything in this regard.  Eccp is tried only on those cases who are having refractory angina despite optimal medications.
