What further follow ups / check ups should I receive from my drs I just take the tablets prescribed a asprin 75mg atorvistatin 80mg busoprpol 1.25mg and losartan potassium 2.5mg

I did angiography and there were 5 blockages of 50%,60%,70%,80%,and 80%. Is bypass necessary? I have diabetes but its normal, also have blood pressure.

I am having high fever since last 4 days. I consulted a doctor also but fever is not going. Blood test urine test and dengue malarial test done. Everything is ok. But fever is not going. I have congenital heart defects. I am 21 year old female. Plz suggest what to do.
