Asked for Female, 50 Years

Continuous cough while talking or while lying on bed. Past few days have been too severe and couldn't sleep. Thought it was asthma but the medication doesn't give a teal cure. Can u diagnose on this.

Good evening Madam. If you are experiencing cough especially after going to bed and feeling better after sitting; if you are also getting breathless; then you should rule out underlying heart disease. I will suggest to get an ECG and echocardiography done.
