I have pain on the left side of my chest, it does not happen all the time, does not last for long, and pain moves around the chest of the left side, what is this symptom?

I take Reckweg R85 and Metolar XR 50 for my BP. its 150/100 before treatment and 140/90 after tablets. Is the medication sufficient. I was diagonised for essential hypertension. Im 26 years old. how to I reduce my pressure to normal levels. I weigh 100 Kg. 6'3" tall.

My mother has mitral stenosis (moderate). Doctor advised angiogram. Dr caaried out angiogram. No blocage found. After 3 hours of angiogram, she experienced sever stomach pain and pulse rate varied from 40 to 100. She was shifted to ICU. Cardiac instabilty, controoled by infusing medicine. On CT scan of abdomen, lumped intestine found. Please advise

Hello doctor.. 31 m. I. No family history of chd.. Currenty not on any meds except occasional 10mg zolpidem for insomnia...Took ecg echo tmt before a year and all came back normal..Recently had a stabbing chest pain in mid sternum.. Not radiating.. Took a ecg and came back normal and trop t was 0.003 ng/ml after 12 hour. Should i be concerned?tq

Sir, My ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY report shows LVEF 70% MILD TR 24 mm. Hg. PASP 27 mm. Hg please help me in this regard will I have to visit a cardiologist ? Mitral valve peak velocity 1.08/0.89 pressure gradient 1.82, Acrtic valve 1.47 & 8.69 , pulmonic valve 1.10 & 4.88, Tricuspid valve 0.54 & 1.34.please sir replay urgently.
