Before having chest pain once but now a days chest pain increase to 2-3 time a day specially in night.the pain is first start in middle of chest then on the back and then on both the hands, this pain remains for 15-20 min then get control. undergone blood test in which show having increase LDL cholesterol level 158.29mg/dl. Please sir help me

Hi , I had checked my blood pressure for a week at different timings. I must have taken 5-6 readings. My readings are terribly high. Readings were in the range 140-165 systolic And 90-110 diabolic. I am just 22 years old. I have never done smoking. I don't drink alcohol either. Just started beer 5 months back but that too only in company parties.(alcohol is very rare) I am vegetarian. I am not overweight. My height is 177 cms and weight is 72 kg. In fact for last 5 months I used to do brisk walking monday to Friday to stay fit. I have lot of family responsibilities on me and eventually I have stress. But I guess everyone have stress in their life.  I am not able to understand how high BP can happen to me, I am shocked. This problem is not heridatory. My questions are 1. Is it possible to cure high BP naturally? 2. How it will impact my career and life? I have ambition of higher studies.3. i have read common remedies on net. what else i can do to keep BP low.?

Sometimes i experience pain in my left chest and after a while the pain goes away. I do smoke about 10 cigarettes a day. Please guide if this could be an early sign of heart attack? What checks should i go for to confirm if my heart is in a healthy state. Any help would be much appreciated! Also, I my family no one has ever got a heart attack. So no family background as well.

Got an ecg test done today and my report says probably abnormal ecg wanted to show it and get an opinion on it

Hi, My mother is admitted in ICU for dyspnea. Docs have done several tests saying there is blockage in heart artery and asking for angiography. Please just assist with your opinion shall wr go for angiography in case of shortness/difficulty in breathe. Regards Komal

Recent Echo test during General Health Check has shown Grade 1 Diastolic Dysfunction. Good LV Systolic function. LVEF : 64%, MV e -wave : 0.62 m/sec, MV a-wave 1.17 m/sec. I am taking Olmesar CH 20 for B.P. Do I need any further treatment for this.
