Heart Problems & Remedies

From past 1 week i am getting heart pain during night as i consulted doctor so he told that i am having gastric as i was also having pain on shoulders. Now there is no pain on shoulders but it looks my heart is running fast and also suffocated. Please advise me what i need to do.

My wife is 23, 5"5', 184 lbs with a BMI of 29-30. She works at a job where she is constantly walking, usually between 3-5 miles a day and she exercises daily. She has random heart rate spikes while resting in the upper 90s and over to 100. During these times, she has a hard time catching her breath. Both the ER and Cardiologist have dismissed her.

My wife blood pressure continously fluctuating. If it is 80-120 in the morning then it will be high till afternoon like 100-140. SHe has to take bp medicine daily.  Please suggest

I am 19 year old male.I feel left chest discomfort throughout the day.Also feel something different in left arm,left leg,left side neck.Sometimes in right side of my body also but very rare.My condition become worse when I feel emotionally stressed.I can feel better when I do some good exercises.But pain reappear after sometime. I have been to a Hospital where where my sister was undergone an ECG and in my report It is written Abnormal ECG, but doctor said there is no need to worry. So I want to get a second opinion by sharing my sister's ECG.

Some times there is probably problems shown in ECG. Once advised Dr some medicine given (Atorlip F, Eliwel10). Since then ECG OK. Now again after 8 years only ECG problem. No any physical or health problems. Sugar, BP, cholesterol etc. normal. What can I do? Can I start that medicine.
