Hello doctor I feel little chest pain past 3days If I eat anything I feel indigestion and my lips getting dry and my left arm pain

After i quit smoking 2 weeks ago my blood pressure seems to be getting to high my previous being 181/123

Firstly, sometimes feel needling sensation in the body. Secondly, in left chest area, back area feeling very severe pain . And i have also gone through the echocardiogram and electrocardiogram as well., doctor said nothing to worry all fine. Don't think too much he suggested.
