Heart Problems & Remedies

My Cholesterol is 219 and triglyceride is 342 for last 6 month. I have no other medical history. Is there any need to take medicine in this case. For more details Please find the attachment.  Please suggest me.

Report says: -Ostium secundum artrial septal defect 11.8mm left to right shunt -Devoid of aortic rim,with adequate superior rim. -not suitable for device closure - advised: surgical closure When asked doctor said only d bigger hole will be operated .
