Chest pain & Pulsating heart

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I have been having chest pain for 3 months now When it gets really bad I get stomach pain and for some reason I have to go to the toilet I have done about 7 ECG's and have had 5 different examples of my blood taken All have come back normal Some times my heart Flutters/Pulsates very hard for a second and I have to go toilet for a number 2
