Firstly, sometimes feel needling sensation in the body. Secondly, in left chest area, back area feeling very severe pain . And i have also gone through the echocardiogram and electrocardiogram as well., doctor said nothing to worry all fine. Don't think too much he suggested. Please help me out to get rid of that situation.
