Doctor are not able to find a problem.
Have a pain in inside of breast and BP is very high. Patient not able to have food, only she can have liquid food. If she is having. Hard food then she will start getting a pain in inside the breast and it's goes to back side shoulder. Median arcuate legament found in the report that one is rare. Her age is 32. Kindly suggest.

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
In echo test ivsd value is 11.3 mm. ivss value is 15.9mm.lvpwd 8mm.lvpws 16.6 mm.lvidd 45.8mm.lvids 31.9mm. report is normal.but ivsd is slightly above the range 6-11 mm. Do I have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Can it be cured with medication???

My father in law was advised bypass as blockage is 90%. But in dhli hospital they opened up chest and told patient heart is not in a position to operate CABG SURGERY.
