Shallow breathing

Abnormal heart beating
Recently he used on medical device called fitbit.
It was showing the heart rate upto 140 to 155.

Something hard in my chest at the center
I feel sometimes its hard to breath i can feel at the breastbone i cant explain briefly .at the center of my chest its like pressure .i can do a lot of things .im an active person .im slim .its our gene .wat is the reason of this chest problm ?
