My father had an attack in April and the angioplasty report said that there are 3 blockages. one had 100% blockage which we got angioplasty done right away. now need guidance for rest of the 2 which is around 90% and 70% if angioplasty can help or is there some other medication available for it

Hi I am suffering with Thalassemia major I have complain of increased heart beat that I can feel even when I put my hand on chest and there is suffocation with this complain.. And after meal My heart beat very fast and breath Echo reports in Type 2 diastolic dysfunction But my diastolic pressure is 65/80 Heart beats:90/106 Cardiologist suggested me Ivabredain whatever But no change in beats.. For the past one month, i am feeling light-headed (dizziness). The duration is of around 5-10 minutes and occurs every 2-3 days. During that period my pulse rate also become irregular. After some minutes it goes away and i feel normal again. It feels like my blood pressure is dropping.
