What is your weight. When was your last echo. If your weight is that low it might be due to the holiday itself. Is the hole vsd or asd ? To help authentically beyond a yes or no, one needs information. What is labelled as a small vsd may be restrictive to pressure but not to volume. An x-ray could help.
