I've been having chest pain since last 3 days. I am a diabetic patient. And also I got bypass surgery in 2011.

My question is Can shock (Happy/Sad/Fear/Panic) give you cardiac arrest? if yes will it be very sudden that no one can help you? how much time will the patient get till medical emergency arrives.
