My age is 21 and I m suffering from coronary artery disease. I got to know this in February.what is my life expectancy?what diet I should take?what precautions I should take?which excersise should I do? Give some other tips also by which I should get help

My general health checkup report came and according to that My Total Cholesterol is 243 HDL is 283 TG is 45. I know high HDL is good, but my concern is about my figure 283. Also TG is low, what does this implies.

I have heart pain from last 2 days. I consulted Dr. But there is no specialist nearby me. I have thyroid & I started treatment also. Today I did ecg, BP but everything is normal. But still paining in heart and feeling uncomfortable. Can anyone tell me it's because of thyroid or what?

I've underwent this overall blood test from Thyrocare and found my homocysteine level to be 65 as per the attached screenshot. I'm really worried after googling about it and also found my HDL cholesterol to be 30.. My height:178cms Weight: ~100 Age: 25 Please suggest if this is serious or weight loss and proper diet will be sufficient. Thanks in advance
