Heart Problems & Remedies

I am having high fever since last 4 days. I consulted a doctor also but fever is not going. Blood test urine test and dengue malarial test done. Everything is ok. But fever is not going. I have congenital heart defects. I am 21 year old female. Plz suggest what to do.

I have little bit high S.LDL-Cholestrol that has raised to 118mg/dl. And my EOSINOPHIL is raised to 15%

When I try to sleep I am short of breath, uneasy, trying to pull air to breath, my heart beats was going fast last months,

I have tested lipid profile 3 months ago. Cholesterol is 230. LOL Cholesterol is 160. Tryglycerides 235 Tchol HD ratio 7 Ldl HDL ratio 4.8 All are high. I have not continue the medicine for 2 months due to recent back pain. What should I do.. Please tell.

Am having pains in my chest, in the middle of my chest,beside the heart, it comes and goes after a few days, but more painful at night. once it stops after some days, it takes months to start again.
