I have a shooting pain in my left chest Which comes and goes many times Ina day, makes me feel dizzy, short of breath, sometimes numbness in left limb; pain originates near the rib joint and shoots towards the breast; ecg n echo n tmt does not show anything; I am having gastric issues and having pan d every morning but not helping;

I am having a chest pain since a month. It is mostly at the left side and often spreads to the back, abdomen, arms or shoulders. I'm 31, weighing 80 kgs. I spend hours sitting at my job and drive a lot. Don't have a shortness of breath as such but when I climb up the stairs more than 4/5 floors, get a breathing trouble in brief. ECG,EKG,TMT normal.

I have been facing problem of fast heartbeats since 2 days. also i have to go to latrine several times in a day . mostly heartbeats becomes faster during night

I have chest pain from last 2days. It is on and off not continuous pain. My BP is 90/150 for the 1st time. I got the ECG done. It is normal but still concerned about my heart. Suggest me next test to check my cardiac condition and to know the blockage if any.
