I had past three days severe chest pain and short breath , i have asthma ,I'm using combitide inhaler ,

I have chest pain from last one month and my xray and ecg is fine and my cholesterol is high and esr is also 40 what should I do

I am suffering from chest pain from last 4- 5 days. My ecg is abnormal but i have sid 2d echo which is normal shows mild tr. Bp was also high 160/100. But now its in normal range 120/80 Doctor gave me some mesicine like nico star angiplant 2.5 Soctoe rold mw to do tmt I am 27 yr. If 2d echo results are normal is there any thing to worry

My brother suffered from acute anterior wall mi on 14.07.2017. He is 30 years. Thrombolysis was done with reteplase within 2 hours of admission to the hospital. Ejection fraction at the time of admission was 40%. Patient was discharged in apparently stable condition after three days. Should angiogram be done now? Is it of any value now?
