Dear sir, Among telmisorton,amlodipine,metaprolo which one is better and more safe to control high bp with less side effects for a type2 diabetic 54yrs female.

I am on beta blockers,I am having s.metoporol ER 25mg, till two days back my heart rate was below 60bpm,now it is 82bpm ,and I am getting pulse sensation from several parts of my body while lying down.what is this? Why this is happening?

I am experiencing a pinching pain in left chest from some days. Also having a shortness of breath .

Hey, 25, M, 5"11, 300pounds, I have type 2 diabetes, a-fib, and high blood pressure. I feel tight chest occasionally, but been feeling it all day today. Many say that plaque build up cant be fixed, while others claim it can. Is it possible to regain the years I have lost? Is it possible to clean my arteries natural by fixed diet, excersice, etc?

Some times I feel pain in my chest nearby my heart. Couple of occasions my heart start beating heavily and pain went to little higher level but went normal after taking some rest. Every time it happens, during hot temperature and pushing my self for over work in heat.
